We are planing to ask the board to approve a Christmas Carol reading fundraiser for December 10.  However, we would need significant buy in from the membership on the day as well as the month leading up to it in organizing. We understand that this is still a long time away and your answer may have to change.  This is just to gauge general buy in by the club and to find out if we have the volunteers

Please answer yes or no if you would be willing to volunteer for this event.

 

I would be able to provide one evening per week for the month to help organize leading up to the event

I would likely be able to volunteer on the day of the event

I would be interested or at least consider doing a reading section on the event date and be available to the training (voice) and rehersals leading up to it.

I would not be available during that time
