As 2016 comes to a close, here at Scientists in School, we are reminded of the incredibly impactful year we have had these past twelve months. It truly is all about the young scientists and in 2016 we spent more than 1.9 million face-time hours with children and youth, piquing their interests, curiosities, and engaging them seeing, doing, and understanding of science, technology, engineering, math (STEM) and the environment.
None of this would be possible without donors like The Rotary Club of Lethbridge Sunrise. By supporting Scientists in School, you’ve given children in Lethbridge an enriching educational opportunity that will open doors to new possibilities, inspire them to dream big, and think about a future career that perhaps they never thought was possible.
