Belinda Crowson is a local historian, tour guide and storyteller who researches, captures, and shares the stories of our community. The author of several books on Lethbridge history, Belinda is either busy writing another one or has her nose in one she is reading. Kerry led the creation of the City's HEART program which has been highly successful, supporting vulnerable citizens by addressing abuse, illiteracy, mental health, medical issues, substance abuse, and hoarding. The International Association of Assessing Officers honoured The City of Lethbridge with the 2020 Public Information Program Award for this first of its kind program.
