Mr. Harper says "This close!"   Join the walk to end polio on Monday 24 October 2016.   It starts at CASA (3 Ave & 8 St) at 4:30 pmish and ends with a reception at City Hall. Last year's walk participants all received lovely red rain jackets!   Mayor Spearman is this week's speaker (27 Oct 2016)   Mayor Chris Spearman speaks about "The State of Our City." Last week's speaker was Shaun Dowell Shaun Dowell spoke about Techbridge Makerspace   Makerspaces, sometimes also referred to as hackerspaces, hackspaces, and fablabs are creative, DIY spaces where people can gather to create, invent, and learn. In libraries they often have 3D printers, software, electronics, craft and hardware supplies and tools, and more. City Donates 6 Decommissioned Vehicles to Los Amigos On behalf of the City of Lethbridge, mayor Chris Spearman formally donates six decommissioned vehicles to the Los Amigos project. Los Amigos project director, Karl Samuels, presents Mayor Spearman with a certificate of recognition in the photo below. RC Lethbridge East Hosts Microcredit Evening.
