Rotary Basics and Developing Membership Strategies
Rotary Basics and Developing Membership Strategies

There are two really quick and simple courses to get you started.  Both are just 15 minutes so not very time consuming at all which work well together
1. Rotary Basics - a quick reminder as to why we are Rotarians.  I think we all need this check in once in a while no matter how long you have been a Rotarian.
2. Develop Membership Strategies - trying to find ways to attract new members is everyone's responsibility.  I am sure each club has their own respective membership committee but we can ALL help them out.  I am sure everyone knows this is a challenging task to attract and retain new members and this course has some great ideas to generate ideas for all clubs to assist your respective membership committees.
Contest:  Everyone who enrolls and takes one of these two courses between now Sunday Oct 25th will be entered into a random draw for a $25 Starbucks gift card.  I receive a report each Monday so I will know you have registered so no need to tell me.  I will make the draw on Tuesday Oct 27th and announce the winner that week with details on November's course of the month contest.

WEE READ
D E & I Survey
Take the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Survey !

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee is committed to helping our district through education, understanding, and support in creating inviting communities to all cultures, experiences, and identities through our Rotary clubs.

Participating in optional surveys or providing feedback helps District 5360 better to serve our clubs.

Our hope is this survey will help our committee better understand the current climate and needs of each club as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion experience, training, and opportunities to further our mission of Rotary’s global vision.

The survey should take between 15-20 minutes.

ONE GOAL & WE ARE WILLING!
