The Sunrise Board met this evening and it was unanimously decided that we return to Zoom only meetings while the COVID numbers are so high. We will review the situation in early November. A large percentage of our membership is fully vaccinated, however, fully vaxed people can still spread COVID. The risk of spreading COVID is very high. The Board felt that we should minimize that risk and return to Zoom meetings.
While this is a disappointment for all of us, we hope you all understand this decision.
It was suggested that those who wish to partake of a breakfast with a very small cohort following the Zoom meeting are certainly able to do so.
Starting this Thursday, September 9, we will be on Zoom at 7:00 AM
