The trip this year will be leaving Lethbridge at 7:00 AM on Sunday, February 20th, returning to Lethbridge Saturday, March 5th around midnight.  We ask that if you are interested in applying for a drivers position this year, please complete the attached application and return it by email to doug@thornfin.ca BEFORE Friday, November 26. The Admin Team will be making selections over the weekend. Successful candidates will be notified on Monday Nov 29th.
Following current travel laws, all drivers must be fully vaccinated, and show proof of out of country travel insurance covering the dates of our trip.
You will note that there is no ambassadors application attached, since this year, the Admin Team has decided not to offer space to Ambassadors. Costs of Fuel, accommodation and flights have increased substantially.
Please feel free to share this application with any other members of your Rotary Club that may be interested. As you are aware, only members of Rotary are eligible to drive.

Hello Rotary Club Members,
 
My name is Kala Beers and I am the Lethbridge Integrated Coordinated Access (ICA) Program Lead at Canadian Mental Health Association, Alberta South Region. I would like to formally invite you to register for the Tier 1 System Navigator Training coming up on November 23, 2021.  
 
Are you someone who gets asked for help a lot? Whether it be in your personal life or in your professional role, being a system navigator can support you in helping others. You may already naturally do this in your life, which we think is great! Being a part of the ICA network would give you access to current community resources, connections to other system navigators and even be able to learn something new!  
 
Please see the attached one-pager for more information. Feel free to send this invitation to others that may want to participate. There will be more community trainings moving forward, but this training can also be delivered by request for a specific group. Connect with me about this option.

DisCon 2022
DisCon 2022 Registration
 
The registration for the DisCon 2022 opened on Oct.1st and to date we have 53 Rotarians and Rotaractors signed up. We are very excited that we be making a draw for a prize for all registrants who sign up by October 31st. The prize is a beautiful painting called "Celebrating Partnerships" - by Simone McLeod (see attached). It has been donated by Rotarian Alex Baum from Cochrane Toyota.
 
If you haven't registered yet then make sure you do to get yourself in the draw. To register go to www.discon5360.ca .
 
By doing so you will be eligible for the draw on November 1st and subsequent draws for future prizes on December 1st and January 1st.
